Cancellation	Cancellation must be done by EMAIL 48 hours before arrival date. If cancelled 48 hours before arrival date 15% of the total reservation will be charged. If cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival date 100% of the first two nights will be charged. in the case of a NO SHOW 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
Prepayment	15 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking.
Taxes and service charges	10 % VAT is included. EUR 0.75 city tax per person per night is excluded. A service charge is not applicable.
